MOW Return Policy
Items may be returned/exchanged within 10 days of purchase date for any of the following reasons: wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, manufacturer defect.
To return an item, please call/email Motorclothes @ 859-253-2461 or email@example.com Return Authorization, during normal business hours.Once your return has been approved, place item back in original box and return via your favorite method of shipping or simply bring item to the store.
Once we receive the return, we will quarantine the package for three (3) days to ensure employee safety (due to COVID-19).Once the quarantine period has ended, we will inspect the item, process the return, and contact you to advise return has been processed and either credit has been issued or exchange has been sent.If a replacement item is not available, we will offer a similar item or refund the full purchase price of returned item (your choice) and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
For returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for cost and arrangement of shipping to us.When we ship out a replacement, we will cover cost of shipping back to you.
